Foliobook on ipad using Seagate wireless plus

Hi I notice on the top bar of Foliobook in edit mode towards the rhs there is a little globe icon and when I click on this if opens up my Seagate wireless plus App. I have tried to import photos from the Seagate Wireless Plus but when I select them to transfer them the Disk transfer icon remains greyed out. I wonder if you had any ideas please?

Hi the globe icon is just a weblink to our online support page. Somehow this is triggering your Seagate app, but it should just open a webview inside Foliobook, this may be caused by your Seagate configuration.

The import methods we support currently are through iTunes, Dropbox and Photoshelter accounts.
