There was a bug in versions before 2.0 which caused the logo/title text to obscure buttons/links even when it was disabled and not visible in edit mode. This should not occur in later versions.

To stop this, double tap to enter edit mode, then open the preferences (pencil) menu on the home page and go to Common->Title and Logo and enable the title, then move it so that it does not cover the button/link areas.
